Debra Goldson-Prophete, MD
Debra Goldson-Prophete received her medical degree (MD) from Columbia University’s College of Physicians & Surgeons in NYC. She completed her Internship & Residency training at New York Hospital- Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
She is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Physicians & Surgeons at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Dr. Goldson-Prophete is also a Civil Surgeon with the United States Civil and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Dr. Goldson-Prophete has received numerous state, regional and national awards including NJ Monthly Magazine’s “Top Doctors”, Consumer Research Council of America “America’s Top Physician”, as well as “Best Doctor in America” in multiple years.

Shyla Kissoon, PA
Shyla is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant with a passion for providing high-quality healthcare to improve the lives of her patients. She obtained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at King’s College in 2019 and has worked in Internal Medicine since then. She is looking forward to working with her patients to optimize the best treatment plan for preventative and overall health and wellness.
Sharon Shaji, PA
Sharon Shaji is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with a passion for preventative and internal medicine. Sharon graduated from Seton Hall University where she earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant. She has gained clinical experience training in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency care, and pediatrics. She has developed a passion for creating strong relationships built upon patient care and advocating for the medical, physical, and emotional needs of her patients. She is a valued member of Goldson Medical Associates, LLC.
Oneka Edwards, FNP
Oneka Edwards worked as a Registered nurse in outpatient surgery for five years. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a degree from Chamberlain University. She firmly believes in a holistic approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of understanding every facet of a patient’s life – medical, surgical, social, and mental – to truly grasp their ‘Big Picture’. Oneka is looking forward to meeting new and current patients with a smile.
